Booking 'Terms & Conditions' and Cancellations:

These terms & conditions govern all courses run by The Century Academy, an MPICS Digital Limited Company of Well House, Unit D, 23a Benwell Road, London, N7 7BL (the "Company"). Those booking and/or attending the course ("Delegates") should retain a copy of these terms and conditions for their records.

Payment and course fee

50% of the course fee is required at time of booking in order to secure your place, the balance payable 5 days prior to start date.
The course fee covers training, course materials, lunch and some light refreshments during the day. The course fee does not cover transport or accommodation.

Cancellations

Refunds will not be given under any circumstances (except if the cancellation of the course is at the request of the Company). however bookings can be transferred to another course on a different date if notice is given at least 28 days prior to the originally booked course.
No transfers can be carried out within 28 days prior to the originally booked course.

Course Cancellation and Content

The Company retains the right to alter the course content at any time. The Company also has the right to cancel the course at any time. In the event of course cancellation by the Company a refund will be given to Delegates if another suitable date for the course cannot be agreed upon.

Course Content Rights

All course materials in all formats remain the intellectual property of the Company and may not be reproduced or reused in any medium or form without the written permission of the Company.

The Venues

All locations are in smart centrally located Conference Centers that are conveniently positioned for public transport and local amenities.
Centers are beautifully decorated and offer the perfect surrounding for a course that focuses on Modeling.
